## Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
The TDP is designed for high-potential individuals looking to fast-track their careers in the renewable energy sector.
1. Investment & Commercial
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Consulting.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and financial reporting. Experience with M&A, divestment, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
2. Risk Management
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data analysis, risk control, or data assurance.
* Key Skills: Expert knowledge of Python, R, and Excel. Proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting, machine learning (ARIMA/LSTM), and database management. Knowledge of Java/C++ is a plus.
## Engineering and Project Management Roles
We are looking for technical experts to drive our infrastructure projects to completion and maintain our operational excellence.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.30).
* Experience: At least 2 years in project planning and control.
* Key Skills: Mastery of project scheduling, WBS, and resource management. Proficient in MS Project or Primavera. Excellent command of English is mandatory.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Information Systems.
* Experience: At least 2 years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Key Skills: Knowledge of IoT devices, RMS systems, network security, and database management. Exposure to AI, machine learning, and automation tools is a significant advantage.
## Operational and Technical Site Positions
These roles are essential for the daily efficiency of our power plants across various locations in Indonesia.
5. Technician - PLTM Sungai Buaya (North Sumatra)
* Qualifications: D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in power plant maintenance.
* Note: Male, age 20–30, preferably local residents of North Sumatra.
6. PLTS Technician (Solar PV)
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years in Solar PV or electrical maintenance.
* Key Skills: Skilled in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and understanding solar infrastructure (inverters, batteries, and DC/AC systems).
7. PLTS Operator
* Qualifications: SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Key Skills: Monitoring system performance, basic troubleshooting, and strict adherence to workplace safety (K3) protocols. Willing to work in shifts.
8. Admin GA - PLTA Batu Gajah (North Sumatra)
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of HR/GA experience.
* Contract: 3-month contract to cover Maternity Leave.
* Note: Must be comfortable working on-site at the plant.
9. Admin Finance - PLTM Manajur
* Qualifications: D3 degree with at least 1 year of financial administration experience.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software, detail-oriented, and excellent time management.
10. Technician - PLTM Silau (North Sumatra)
* Qualifications: D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in power plant environments.
* Note: Male, age 20–30, preferably local residents of North Sumatra.
