## Available Technical Roles
We are hiring for several key positions to strengthen our infrastructure, data analytics, and software development capabilities.
1. Data Quality Officer
Focus on ensuring data integrity for provincial decision-making. You will be responsible for:
* Defining and structuring tabular and geospatial data requirements.
* Standardizing, cleaning, and managing datasets in spreadsheets and databases.
* Developing documentation and sharing technical insights to support knowledge management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Math; 1–2 years of data management experience; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
2. DataOps Engineer
Ensure the reliability and scalability of our data infrastructure. Key duties include:
* Designing and implementing data pipelines, big data analytics infrastructure, and secure database environments.
* Optimizing performance and performing troubleshooting for complex data workflows.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; experience with Linux, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and proficiency in Bash/Python scripting.
3. Junior Business Intelligence Engineer
Design and maintain web-based dashboards that translate raw data into actionable insights for government leaders.
* Requirements: Experience in software development; proficiency in Python (Flask), SQL, Git, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of GIS and frontend frameworks (Angular/Vue) is a plus.
4. Junior Software Programmer (Backend & Mobile)
We are looking for builders who can develop robust digital products.
* Backend: Focus on server-side logic, database management, and API integration using PHP, NodeJS, or Go.
* Mobile: Focus on native or hybrid app development using Java, Swift, or Flutter.
* Requirements: Proficiency in Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience in project-based development or internships.
5. Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer & Senior Security Engineer
For those with advanced expertise, we have leadership-level openings:
* DevOps/SRE: Focused on automating build, test, and release cycles while maintaining server infrastructure.
* Security: Focused on risk analysis, penetration testing, and implementing Secure Software Development Life-Cycle (SSDLC) protocols.
