## Specialized Roles and Technical Qualifications
We are seeking experts in Architecture, Structural Engineering, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). All positions require a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering from an accredited university.
Core Technical Competencies
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, ETABS/SAP2000, SketchUp, Revit/ArchiCAD, and Enscape/Lumion.
* Documentation Skills: Mastery in preparing and analyzing Work Drawings, Budget Plans (RAB), Work Guidelines (RKS), Bills of Quantity (BoQ), and S-Curves.
* Performance Metrics: Ability to deliver high-quality technical output in alignment with the specific Scope of Work (KAK) documents provided by the department.
