## Core General Requirements

## Available Positions and Qualifications
LPDP is seeking professionals for various one-year contract roles. All positions require a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) unless otherwise specified.
Organizational and Investment Roles
1. Organization, HR, and General Affairs: Bachelor’s in Psychology, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience.
2. Legal: Bachelor’s in Law with 2+ years of experience. Expertise in legal drafting, contract law, and investment law is highly valued.
3. Risk Management: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting. Requires 2+ years of experience in risk or investment management.
4. Money Market Investment: Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. Open to fresh graduates or those with 3 years of experience. Strong Excel and English proficiency are required.
5. Capital Market Investment: Bachelor’s in related fields with 2+ years of experience. Proficiency in data analytics (Python, Power BI, KNIME) and certifications (CFA, WMI, BSMR) are prioritized.
6. Asset Management: Bachelor’s in Finance or Economics. Requires 2+ years in investments and relevant financial certifications.
7. Settlement: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting. Open to fresh graduates with strong investment knowledge and Excel skills.
Scholarship and Research Management
8. Scholarship Recruitment: Bachelor’s in any field with 1+ year of experience and excellent data management skills.
9. Scholarship Monitoring & Evaluation: Bachelor’s in any field. Open to fresh graduates.
10. Scholarship Disbursement: Bachelor’s in any field. Open to fresh graduates with strong administrative and data skills.
11. Scholarship Cooperation: Bachelor’s in any field. Experience in international partnerships and legal drafting is preferred.
12. Scholarship Development: Bachelor’s in Education Policy, Management, or Accounting. Requires 2+ years of experience.
13. Research Evaluation: Master’s (S2) in any field. Experience in research or project management certifications is a significant advantage.
14. Internal Audit: Bachelor’s in any field with 1+ year of experience in audit, process analysis, or data handling.
