Guided by Presidential Instruction Number 8 of 2025, which focuses on the acceleration of poverty alleviation and the eradication of extreme poverty, the government has established Sekolah Rakyat as a primary pillar of social empowerment. To ensure the highest quality of instruction, the Ministry of Social Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen), the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan & RB), and the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), is initiating the Phase II Recruitment of PPPK Functional Teacher Positions for 2025, with 853 openings available across 59 locations nationwide.
## Rights and Responsibilities of Educators
Selected candidates will be appointed as ASN PPPK (Government Employees with Work Agreements) under the Ministry of Social Affairs.

## Eligibility Requirements

General Criteria
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI) of high moral character.
* Age range: 20 to 45 years old.
* No criminal record or history of dismissal from public or private service.
* Must not hold an active status as a civil servant (PNS) or candidate (CPNS/PPPK).
* Non-partisan; not involved in political organizations.
* Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (S-1) or Applied Bachelor’s degree (D-IV).
* Possession of a Teacher Professional Certificate (Sertifikat Pendidik) via PPG Prajabatan or PPG Calon Guru.
Specific Qualifications
* Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
* Must have participated in the 2024 ASN PPPK selection process and be registered in the SSCASN system.
* Clearance from narcotics and addictive substances (NAPZA).
* Psychological and physical readiness to reside within a boarding school environment.
## Selection Process and Timeline

1. Kemendikdasmen Selection: Candidates must first confirm their readiness between June 10 – 12, 2025.
