## Open Positions
We are currently looking for qualified professionals for the following roles:
1. Senior Database Administrator
The Senior Database Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and high availability of our database systems.
* Develop and execute database backup scripts, perform restoration tests, and verify backup integrity.
* Identify potential risks and perform proactive troubleshooting.
* Manage user access rights, roles, and overall database security policies.
* Execute database upgrades, patching, migrations, and conversions.
* Optimize database performance and resolve utility-related bottlenecks.
* Monitor database capacity growth and manage performance tuning.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding installations, configurations, and procedures.
* Provide regular work progress reports via written papers or presentations.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in ICT or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Private University) or 2.75 (Public University).
* At least 3 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator, with preference given to those with government sector experience.
* Expertise in Linux operating systems and Oracle database servers.
* Proficiency in performance monitoring, tuning, replication, and clustering.
* Professional certification (BNSP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work outside standard hours when necessary.
2. IT Government Analyst
The IT Government Analyst will bridge the gap between organizational needs and technical implementation within the provincial administration.
* Analyze business processes related to comprehensive data management.
* Identify policy requirements to support database infrastructure within the Jakarta Provincial Government.
* Draft guidelines and frameworks for effective data management.
* Serve as a lead analyst in the development of information systems.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT policy analysis and management.
* Strong understanding of ICT policy development frameworks.
* Professional certification (BNSP or equivalent) is highly preferred.
## Recruitment Principles and Terms of Service

* This recruitment is exclusively for IT Experts within the Data and Statistics division.
* There are no fees associated with the selection process.
* Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or telephone.
* Selected experts are not eligible for THR (Holiday Allowance), 13th-month salary, or health benefits.
* Compensation (Before Tax):
* Senior Database Administrator: Up to IDR 11,825,000.
* IT Government Analyst: Up to IDR 12,650,000.
* Candidates must sign a formal work contract and are not eligible to demand appointment as Civil Servants (ASN) within the Jakarta Provincial Government.
