## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure the highest standards of service, all prospective employees must meet the following criteria:

## Available Positions and Specialized Qualifications
Dharmais Cancer Hospital is recruiting for a wide range of departments. Below are the key roles available:
Clinical & Healthcare Staff
1. General Practitioner: Requires a medical degree, active STR, and ATLS/ACLS certifications.
2. Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician: Requires a Pharmacy degree/diploma and active STR.
3. Anesthesia Nurse: D-IV Anesthesiology degree, active STR, and ACLS certification.
4. Registered Nurse (Ners): Must hold Ners certification, active STR, and relevant clinical certifications (BCLS/BHD/Cancer Nursing/PPI).
5. Midwife, Dental Therapist, & Nutritionist: Specialized degrees and active STRs are mandatory for all patient-facing roles.
6. Medical Support: Positions available for Laboratory Technicians, Radiographers (shift-ready), Sanitarians, and Occupational Health Advisors.
Medical Physics & Technical Roles
* Fisikawan Medis: S1/S2 Physics required with active STR.
* Fisikawan Medis (Level 8): Requires S2 Medical Physics and Residency Level 8 certification.
* Electromedical & Blood Transfusion Technicians: Specific technical diplomas required with active STR.
IT & Creative Departments
* Programmer: Expertise in PHP, Code Igniter, SQL (MySQL/MariaDB), and database management.
* IT Support: Proficient in hardware maintenance, network cabling, and Linux (Ubuntu) installation.
* Network Administrator: Skilled in Linux/Windows Server, Mikrotik, and switch configurations.
* Graphic Designer: Requires an S1 degree in Visual Communication Design and at least two years of professional experience.
