1. Electrical Foreman & Technician
The Electrical team is responsible for ensuring that all power systems are integrated and functional before the refinery becomes operational.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Supervising Substation Equipment Energization (SEE) procedures.
* Managing rigorous testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
* Executing motor solo run tests to verify equipment reliability.
* Performing point-to-point line checks to ensure system integrity.
2. System Completion Pre-Comm Foreman
This position focuses on the transition phase between construction and full operation, ensuring every piece of machinery meets safety and performance standards.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Supervising the comprehensive installation, maintenance, and repair of site machinery.
* Leading the planning and execution phases of pre-commissioning activities.
* Ensuring seamless system integration through meticulous commissioning oversight.
## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma or an equivalent degree is required.

* Foreman Candidates: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
