## Job Role: Reach Truck Operator
PT YCH Indonesia is looking for a qualified candidate who can hit the ground running and ensure efficient material handling operations within our modern warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to load, unload, stack, and move palletized goods.
* Conduct routine pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure optimal safety and performance.
* Collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors and inventory teams to maintain seamless workflow and order fulfillment.
* Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace regulations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualification.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable hands-on experience operating a reach truck.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven, high-level skill in maneuvering and operating reach trucks in high-density storage environments.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid, active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
* Work Schedule: Willing and able to work in a rotational shift system.
