1. HRGA Superintendent
The Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) Superintendent will oversee daily administrative operations, employee relations, and general site management. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker capable of managing HR policies and operational logistics seamlessly.
2. HRGA Administration
The HRGA Administration staff member will support the human resources department with data management, employee documentation, and routine correspondence. This is an excellent stepping stone for energetic individuals looking to build a long-term career in corporate human resources.
## General and Specific Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest level of professionalism and competence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender Flexibility: Open to both male and female candidates for all available positions.
* Age Requirements:
* Maximum 35 years old for the HRGA Superintendent role.
* Maximum 25 years old for the HRGA Administration role.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in a relevant, linear discipline.
* Professional Experience:
* At least 2 years of relevant professional experience required for the HRGA Superintendent position.
* Fresh graduates with documented internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply for the HRGA Administration position.
* Core Competencies: Highly detail-oriented, agile, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate high loyalty, and maintain an exceptional work ethic.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be placed at any operational site across Indonesia.
