## Administrative and Operational Support Roles

General Qualifications for Administrative Roles:
* Education: Minimum of a High School diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Location: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Balikpapan are preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general computer operations is mandatory (Roles 1–9).
* Data Management: Proven ability to organize, manage, and document data effectively.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of sampling procedures (IO) is required for Role 10.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
## Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) Department

11. EHS Supervisor
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the EHS field, specifically within the downstream palm oil industry.
* Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Environment, Health, Safety, and Fire protocols. Familiarity with Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) is a significant advantage.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local and international safety and environmental regulations.
* Competencies: Proficiency in Risk Assessment and PJHA is mandatory.
* Certifications: K3 BNSP/Disnaker certification is required. NEBOSH, Sea Survival, Firefighting, and IMO certifications are highly valued.
* Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
12. EHS Document Inspector & 13. Paramedic
* Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 for Inspector; Nursing degree for Paramedic.
* Experience: Fresh graduates may apply for the Inspector role, though safety experience is preferred.
* Skills: Paramedics must be certified and capable of providing immediate first-aid and emergency medical response.
## Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Services

14. Electrical & Instrument Supervisor
* Experience: 7 years for D3/S1 holders or 12 years for High School graduates. At least 5 years must be at a Senior Technician level within the palm oil industry.
* Technical Skills: Mastery of electrical and instrumentation systems. Knowledge of boilers, gensets, turbines, WTP, and ETP is preferred.
* Management: Ability to develop KPIs, maintenance planning, and cost management.
* Certifications: Electrical K3 certification, ISO, and Food Safety certifications are preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
15. Carpenter & 16. Mechanic
* Carpenter: Skilled in woodworking, casting, and welding. Must be comfortable working at heights.
* Mechanic: SMK/STM technical background with experience in pump maintenance, genset servicing, and mechanical seal replacement.
18. Lathe Operator, 20. Welder, & 21. Workshop Foreman
* Lathe Operator: Experience in operating lathe machines and tools within industrial safety standards.
* Welder: Expertise in 1G–6G welding positions and mastery of SMAW/GTAW techniques. Certification is required.
* Workshop Foreman: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fabrication and lathe operations with leadership capabilities.
## Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Inventory Management
Effective logistics and inventory control are vital to our downstream operations.
17. Warehouse Supervisor
* Criteria: 7–12 years of experience in refinery or biodiesel warehouse management.
* Systems: Proficiency in SAP, E-Catalog, or Oracle.
* Knowledge: Expertise in FIFO methods, Food Safety material handling, Bonded Zone regulations, and inventory cost tracking.
22. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager
* Leadership: Minimum 15–20 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within palm oil bulking or tank farms.
* Specialization: Advanced knowledge of port safety, shipment planning for export/local biodiesel, and cooking oil products.
* Compliance: Mastery of EXIM procedures, ISPS Code, ISO, and Food Safety standards.
## Tank Farm and Shipping Operations
These roles oversee the storage and maritime transport of our liquid products.
23. Tank Farm & Shipping Superintendent
* Experience: 10–15 years in downstream palm oil operations.
* Focus: Oversight of vessel planning, loading/unloading, and sounding procedures.
* Certifications: IMO, Port Safety, and Surveyor certifications are highly beneficial.
24. & 26. Tank Farm Supervisor & Shift Leader
* Operations: Mastery of sounding methods for refinery and biodiesel products, tank transfer protocols, and pigging line systems.
* Environment: Must be comfortable working at heights and proficient in English (passive).
25. & 27. Shipping Supervisor
* Vessel Management: Expertise in discharging barges and vessels, line pigging, and barge drainage.
* Requirements: Active English communication is mandatory. Knowledge of ISPS Code and IMO standards is essential.
## Planning, Cost Control, and EXIM
28. KB & EXIM Officer
* Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in export-import, shipping, or maritime logistics.
* Systems: Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) systems.
29. PPIC & Cost Control, 30. Cost Control Foreman, 31. Inventory Officer
* Education: D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
* Skills: Experience in production planning (Refinery/Biodiesel), CAPEX/OPEX monitoring, and budget flow management.
* Language: Active English proficiency is required for these roles.
