1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial expert, you will act as the crucial bridge between our advanced cleaning products and client satisfaction in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Monitor client stock levels to prevent stockouts, ensure zero expired goods, and strictly implement the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory system.
* Technical Support: Deliver exceptional on-site technical assistance, conduct engaging product demonstrations, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and train client staff on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance.
* Field Operations: Conduct routine client visits equipped with comprehensive toolkits and test kits, perform site surveys, and draft thorough pre-installation reports.
* Equipment Installation: Execute seamless machinery installations while maintaining pristine cleanliness in the workspace post-completion.
* Quality Assurance & Reporting: Promptly remind clients to complete Customer Satisfaction Forms and submit systematic daily activity reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* At least 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar technical or commercial role.
2. IT Support Staff
Our IT Support Staff plays a foundational role in maintaining our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless daily operations across all company networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Management: Oversee and manage the company website and corporate portals.
* Network & Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine network checks, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and conduct preventive maintenance on all company computers.
* Data Security: Ensure reliable, regular data backups for the Accurate system and other critical corporate repositories.
* Infrastructure Escalation: Immediately report severe IT infrastructure failures to upper management.
* Asset Tracking: Compile, catalog, and label company hardware assets, submitting detailed reports to the Finance & Administration Department.
* General Duties: Assist with ad-hoc technological assignments as directed by leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
