TSE Group is currently seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill critical roles across its operational sites and corporate headquarters.
1. Palm Oil Certification Manager (Merauke, Papua)
The Certification Manager is responsible for aligning company operations with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Develop certification work programs and ensure full compliance with ISPO/PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across internal divisions.
* Oversee internal and external audits, as well as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) inspections.
* Manage regulatory updates to ensure continuous operational compliance.
* Act as the primary liaison between the Regional Office and Head Office regarding compliance status.
* Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Studies, or Forestry.
* Proven experience: 3+ years as a Certification Manager or 5+ years as an Assistant Manager for ISPO certification.
* Certification as an ISPO Auditor (Permentan No 11/2015 or No 38/2020) is strongly preferred.
* Expertise in AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and hazardous waste (B3) management.
* Strong interpersonal communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.
2. Palm Oil Mill & KCP Supervisor (Jakarta)
This role focuses on optimizing the technical efficiency of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) mill and Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP).
* Plan and implement operational strategies for CPO Mill and KCP processing.
* Maintain accurate operational data logs and lead troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems.
* Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards, including Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and ISCC.
* Provide regular, detailed performance reports to management.
* Degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in palm oil mill processing.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
* Demonstrable understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices; additional certifications in ISO, HACCP, or ISCC are highly valued.
* Based in Jabodetabek with willingness to travel to plant sites as required.
3. Budget Controller Staff - Mill & KCP (Jakarta)
The Budget Controller plays a strategic role in financial oversight and operational efficiency.
* Formulate annual budgets for all CPO Mills and KCP facilities.
* Evaluate monthly operational budgets and work plans.
* Conduct deep-dive cost analysis to identify efficiency-driven strategies.
* Monitor performance reports to ensure alignment with fiscal targets.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Office Engineering Staff or Mill Controller.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP or other relevant ERP systems.
* In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end processing workflow in CPO mills and KCPs.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative reporting.
