## Position Overview: Finance Accounting Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from 30,000,000 to 40,000,000 IDR.
Key Qualifications

* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Finance Manager.
* Deep industry expertise in peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, crowdfunding, or broader fintech sectors.
* Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance within the financial services industry.
* Strong strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and a talent for building strategic partnerships.
* Relevant professional finance certifications.
* Exceptional financial acumen and advanced budget management skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
