## Available Positions
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles within our logistics and shipping divisions:
1. Admin Operation
* Key Responsibilities: Manage petty cash balances for vessels, process invoices, generate daily VDR reports, and track shipping-related billing.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics; 2–5 years of administrative experience in shipping; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Admin Procurement
* Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute procurement strategies, manage vendor relations, negotiate costs, and oversee inventory control.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics; 2–5 years of procurement experience; strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
* Key Responsibilities: Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, manage tax planning, and ensure compliance with fiscal regulations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 3–7 years of experience; proficiency in financial software; knowledge of PNBP and auditing processes.
4. Port Captain
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee fleet operations, ensure smooth loading/discharge processes, manage crew recruitment/familiarization, and monitor vessel seaworthiness.
* Requirements: ANT-III certification or relevant Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of experience; expertise in Tug & Barge or Tanker operations.
5. Port Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate vessel maintenance schedules, manage shipyard repairs, oversee engineering budgets, and provide 24/7 technical support.
* Requirements: ATT-III certification or relevant Engineering degree; 2–5 years of experience; strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electrical)
* Key Responsibilities: Inspect and troubleshoot marine engines, perform electrical system maintenance, conduct operational tests, and maintain detailed service logs.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering; 5+ years of experience; physical agility for onboard work.
7. Technical Superintendent
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor vessel technical performance, manage dry-docking and survey cycles, ensure regulatory compliance (ISM/ISPS), and control operational budgets.
* Requirements: ATT-II certification or relevant Engineering degree; 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent; extensive knowledge of Ship Management systems.
