## Role Overview: Quality Control Operator
As a Quality Control (QC) Operator, you will play an essential role in safeguarding our manufacturing standards. Your daily contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver flawless products that meet rigorous international expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Sample Validation: Rigorously verify that production sample quality matches the actual finished goods, ensuring total alignment with predetermined company standards.
* Corrective Formulation: Analyze deviations promptly and develop corrective formulas whenever a production sample fails to meet established quality benchmarks.
* Compliance Management: Strictly execute all operational workflows and testing procedures in accordance with current ISO standards.
## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this critical role, applicants must meet the following professional and personal qualifications:
* Gender and Age: Male candidates between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Vision Requirements: Must not be color-blind, as accurate color matching is vital for masterbatch production.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a quality control environment; background working within a masterbatch manufacturing facility will be given top priority.
* Personal Traits: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, and fully prepared to work within a demanding 3-shift operational schedule.
* Skills: Strong numerical aptitude combined with quick problem-solving capabilities.
* Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat.
