Operating from a expansive 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta, we offer an all-in-one hub for seamless production and repair services. Our technical infrastructure is powered by five advanced CNC sealing machines—featuring Seal Master – DMH GmbH technology—capable of precision machining up to 500 mm, alongside a dedicated suite of high-performance tools for heavy-duty hydraulic manufacturing and restoration.

1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK graduate.
* Skills: Proficient in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: 3G-6G welding certification is highly preferred.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience specifically with tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Technical Literacy: Must be capable of using micrometers and calipers, as well as reading complex technical blueprints.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician, ideally within the heavy equipment or cylinder manufacturing sector.
* Skills: Skilled in using calipers for precision measurements and proficient in reading technical drawings.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical roles.
* Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled in drafting professional quotations, and possess strong attention to detail.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive work ethic, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal industries.
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in 2D & 3D technical drawing software, experienced with precision measuring tools (vernier, caliper, micrometer), and deep knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant planning role.
* Responsibilities: Oversee the full production cycle—from material procurement to final delivery—and manage onsite project schedules.
* Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and superior interpersonal skills.
