## Current Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS Assistant)
TPA is currently expanding its operational team and seeking a qualified, driven professional to fill a strategic role at the site level in East Kalimantan.
Core Responsibilities
* Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) suppliers through routine field visits.
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and grading of FFB arrivals according to established company standards.
* Contract Administration: Prepare and issue administrative documentation pertaining to FFB procurement contracts.
* Production Reconciliation: Verify that incoming FFB volumes align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each mill.
