1. Production Control Staff
The Production Control team acts as the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that the assembly line remains synchronized with global demand.
* Orchestrate and monitor the procurement of direct parts and raw materials from suppliers to ensure seamless production cycles.
* Align production schedules with shipment timelines and inventory volume requirements.
* Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
* Facilitate high-level communication and negotiations with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Diploma degree in Engineering.
* 1–3 years of experience in production control is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of professional English proficiency (verbal and written).

2. Production Engineering

* Project Development: Manage end-to-end project planning, budget allocation, process design, CAD drafting, and stakeholder reporting.
* Problem Solving: Implement Kaizen methodologies to address and resolve complex issues related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD).
* Automation Development: Explore emerging automation technologies, perform working chart reviews, and execute system simulations and implementations.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
* 1–3 years of relevant industry experience; fresh graduates with strong technical portfolios are encouraged to apply.
* Fundamental knowledge of design processes, drafting, and NG (Not Good) programming.
* Proficiency in 2D drawing software (e.g., ZWCAD, AutoCAD, G-Star).
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
