## Career Opportunity: Management Trainee in Finance, Accounting & Tax (MT. FAT)
As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for high-caliber talent to join our specialized Management Trainee program. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who wish to build a robust foundation in corporate finance and accounting within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Core Responsibilities and Learning Objectives
Participants in the MT Finance, Accounting & Tax program will be integrated into our core financial operations, gaining hands-on experience in the following areas:
* Financial Cycle Management: Overseeing the end-to-end processes for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
* Reporting and Analysis: Preparing comprehensive journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and assisting in the critical monthly financial closing process.
* Compliance and Auditing: Maintaining meticulous documentation for purchases and payables while supporting internal audit initiatives to ensure operational transparency.
* Inventory Control: Participating in monthly stock take (opname) procedures to ensure accuracy in asset management.
* Taxation and Invoicing: Generating accurate commercial invoices and tax invoices for clients while ensuring all filings align with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements
