## 1. Quality Assurance Supervisor
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor, you will play a vital frontline role in ensuring that every ceramic tile leaving our production line meets our uncompromising standards for durability, aesthetic appeal, and structural integrity. You will oversee inspection processes, monitor production output, and collaborate with floor teams to resolve discrepancies swiftly.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Industry Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on working experience within the QA or QC department of a ceramic manufacturing facility.
* Visual Acuity: Must not suffer from color blindness to ensure precise color-matching and grading of ceramic surfaces.
* Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently and maintain composure under tight production deadlines and pressure.
* Personal Competencies: Highly detail-oriented, quick-thinking (cekatan), and possessing strong interpersonal communication skills.
## 2. Mandarin Translator

Key Qualifications:
