* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HRGA, HR administration, or comparable roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
