1. Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer acts as the bridge between our cutting-edge cooling technology and our clients' specific operational needs. You will be responsible for fostering relationships, providing technical expertise, and driving revenue growth.
* Technical Consultation: Present complex cooling solutions and system requirements to clients and engineering teams.
* Business Development: Actively generate high-quality leads, secure new orders, and capture market share from competitors.
* Performance Tracking: Set and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas.
* Strategic Reporting: Identify market challenges and provide actionable feedback to management to improve product positioning.
* Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial negotiation to final product delivery.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant asset.
* Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and computer skills.
2. Project Management Staff
Our Project Management team is the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that high-level designs are translated into reality on schedule and within budget. This role is essential for navigating the complexities of international logistics and site installations.
* Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules and maintain strict budgetary controls.
* Logistics & Import Management: Manage the full lifecycle of imports, including customs clearance, documentation (BL, PIB, COO), and adherence to current trade regulations (Lartas/Post Border, SKA & FTA).
* Resource Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials meet technical specifications and arrive on site according to project timelines.
* Operational Oversight: Analyze HS codes and customs compliance to streamline the supply chain and manage cash flow effectively.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively address installation challenges and logistical bottlenecks.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, or Economics.
* Experience: Previous background in HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment is highly valued; fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation and passion for the industry are encouraged to apply.
* Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
