1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will act as the operational anchor for inventory and capacity optimization, balancing daily demands with seamless execution.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Formulate daily inbound and outbound schedules driven by operational needs.
* Strategize warehouse capacity, storage allocations, workforce deployment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) distribution.
* Collaborate closely with the Operation Section Head to align on immediate operational priorities.
* Track and supervise all inbound and outbound activities to ensure flawless plan execution.
* Liaise with Transport and Client Service departments regarding schedule shifts or unique client requests.
* Supervise inventory flows, storage placements, and overall stock availability, proactively resolving discrepancies with relevant units.
* Generate comprehensive daily reports tracking warehouse performance, capacity metrics, and actionable corrective steps for emerging bottlenecks.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from any academic discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on planning experience, preferably specializing in warehouse planning.
* Foundational comprehension of warehouse workflows and core logistical functions.
* Solid grasp of general business procedures and administrative practices.

2. Transport Planner
Manage the intricate web of transport logistics, documentation validation, and yard management to ensure punctual, secure deliveries.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Generate official dispatch letters (Loading Notes paired with Route Planning) following thorough document validation and completeness checks.
* Coordinate directly with transporters and internal security (TKBM) for efficient loading and unloading phases.
* Oversee and track all loading and unloading sequences while monitoring TMS (Transport Management System) updates.
* Validate shipment documentation against loading orders prior to handing them over to drivers.
* Monitor active deliveries and track Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation meticulously.
* Deliver daily transit updates and escalate pending delivery reports to the Transport & OC Coordinator.
* Partner with Warehouse Operations and Security teams to designate accessible loading zones.
* Maintain strict oversight of Yard Management activities, enforcing uncompromising safety protocols among all transporters.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any background.
* Minimum 1 year of practical experience working as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation sector.
* Passive English proficiency is required.
* Demonstrated capability in navigating and operating a Transport Management System (TMS).
* Exceptional skills in professional filing, document control, and report generation.
* Sound understanding of foundational warehousing workflows.
3. Administration Staff
Drive administrative accuracy by transforming sales orders into fulfillment documents and keeping our master data immaculate.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Convert Canvas sales purchase orders into actionable Delivery Orders.
* Process Canvas sales transactions from Sales Orders through to final billing.
* Manage and input Canvas sales returns up to the billing stage.
* Process equipment delivery and retrieval workflows from initial Sales Orders to Delivery Orders.
* Execute routine equipment stock opnames.
* Register new clients accurately within the Master Data system.
* Retrieve, organize, and analyze vital operational data.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree from any field of study.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience within a transport or warehousing setting.
* Familiarity with warehouse inbound, outbound, and inventory procedures.
* High attention to detail with proven strength in document management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capabilities in Excel.
* Working knowledge of SAP frameworks and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
4. Equipment Operator
Ensure the safe execution of material handling and uphold Good Warehouse Practice standards on the front lines of our facility.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Execute warehouse inbound and outbound tasks while validating that put-away and picking activities match documentation regarding quantities, batch numbers, expiration dates, and locations.
* Maintain high accuracy across put-away, picking, transfers, and replenishment tasks.
* Conduct Stock Takes and Physical Inventory (PI) counts as directed by leadership.
* Safeguard facility security by preventing unauthorized access, theft, or cargo tampering.
* Enforce Good Warehouse Practice standards and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
* Inspect Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to confirm safe operating conditions before and after use, managing battery maintenance and charging protocols.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience functioning as an Equipment Operator.
* Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid Class 2 Forklift Operator License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* Strong numerical reasoning capabilities.
* Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
5. Picker Checker

* Perform precise stock picking from storage racks using RF Scanners, verifying SKUs, batches, and quantities.
* Transport picked inventory efficiently to designated loading docks for transit staging.
* Support general feeder activities supporting both inbound and outbound movements.
* Perform pre-operational and post-operational checks on material handling equipment to maintain total workplace safety.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* High School (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of prior warehouse experience is preferred.
* Working knowledge of general warehousing principles.
* Familiarity with operating Pallet Movers is an advantage.
* Possession of a registered Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) is highly preferred.
