## Candidate Qualifications

Educational Requirements
* D3/D4/S1 Degree: Required for Branch Manager, Head Admin, and Warehouse Head (Kepala Gudang) positions.
* High School (SMA/SMK) Diploma: Required for Supervisor Sales, Salesman, Admin Staff, Warehouse Staff, Driver, and Helper roles.
Core Competencies and Requirements
* Prior Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG distribution environment is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
* Licensing:
* Valid SIM A for Branch Manager applicants.
* Valid SIM B1 for Driver candidates.
* Valid SIM C and personal vehicle for Sales positions.
* Leadership and Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities are essential for all management and supervisory roles. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
