## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high standards of production, candidates should meet the following requirements:
* Location: Reside in or near Cidokom, Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency, and be willing to work on-site at this location.
* Professional Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for staff-level positions.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for supervisory roles and above.
