## Career Opportunity: Helper Operation (Maintenance Function)
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our Maintenance function as a Helper Operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational integrity of our projects and offers a dynamic environment for those looking to contribute to the oil and gas service sector.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be expected to support the technical and administrative aspects of our maintenance operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Contract and Change Management: Assisting in the analysis and management of contracts and Change Orders to ensure project alignment.
* Stakeholder Communication: Drafting professional correspondence for contractors and stakeholders while providing contractual recommendations to management.
* Operational Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on project Change Management activities to maintain transparency and efficiency.
* Technical Support: Assisting in maintenance workflows and ensuring all operational parameters are met according to safety standards.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of service, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 45 years.
* Educational Background:
* High School (SMA/SMK) graduates in Technical majors with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Ability to read and interpret P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), flow diagrams, datasheets, and standard operating procedures.
* Understanding of critical operating parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rates, level, and gas quality.
* Familiarity with industrial equipment such as valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, and instrumentation.
* Software Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
* Operational Skills: Ability to conduct effective shift handovers and produce detailed operational reports.
* Work Environment: Willingness to work in a shift-based system within an oil and gas operational setting.
* Location Preference: Candidates residing in Gresik or Pasuruan are highly encouraged to apply.
