## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently looking for talented individuals to fill the following key roles within our production and logistics divisions.
1. Production Planner
The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run seamlessly to meet global demand.
* Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to optimize factory output.
* Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
* Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to streamline manufacturing processes.
* Manage material planning and logistics cycles to ensure shipping targets are consistently met.
* Prepare detailed operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Proven background in inventory management or administrative planning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin or English being a significant advantage.
* Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently.
2. Shipping Officer
Our Shipping Officer is responsible for the vital logistics of our import and export operations, ensuring that goods move efficiently across international borders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for port authorities, terminals, and shipping agencies.
* Manage comprehensive documentation for import and export activities, including CEISA, AWB, B/L, and Packing Lists.
* Coordinate export and import schedules to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
* Maintain accurate records and status reports regarding all international shipments.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any discipline.
* Prior experience working within a shipping or logistics company.
* In-depth knowledge of ship agency management and import/export regulations.
* Preference given to candidates currently residing in Batam.
* Strong verbal and written command of Mandarin or English.
