## Core Responsibilities of the Accountant
As a vital pillar of our financial operations, you will manage day-to-day accounting workflows and ensure absolute precision in all fiscal reporting. Your daily and periodic duties will encompass:
* Financial Recording & Reporting: Accurately record all company financial transactions in a timely manner, maintain general journals and ledgers, and prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements—including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Reports.
* Analysis & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and analyze financial metrics to deliver actionable business insights to executive management.
* Tax Management: Calculate, document, and report corporate taxes (such as VAT/PPN, Income Tax/PPh, etc.) while strictly maintaining compliance with current national tax regulations.
* Budget Oversight & Auditing: Assist in strategic budget planning and monitoring, compare actual expenditures against projected budgets for strict financial control, prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits, and resolve any audit findings proactively.
* Document Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain organized, secure, and easily retrievable archives of all financial documents. Collaborate closely with purchasing, human resources, and finance departments to streamline transaction workflows.
