We are currently seeking dedicated field professionals to join our dynamic teams based in our Sidoarjo office and across various active project sites.
1. Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician, you will serve as a frontline expert responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of high-capacity electrical installations in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive job site surveys and preliminary assessments.
* Perform meticulous equipment testing and generate detailed test result reports.
* Maintain, calibrate, and oversee field tools and testing apparatus.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a directly relevant technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working as a Field Technician within industrial or manufacturing projects.
* Availability: Prepared to commence employment immediately in November 2026 and willing to work overtime when required by project schedules.
* Technical Competencies: Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematic designs, including Wiring Diagrams and Single Line Diagrams.
* Specialized Skills: Demonstrated experience in the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) panels, as well as Busbar systems.
* Preferred Credentials: Holding an active, certified occupational health and safety license for electricity (K3 Listrik) is a distinct advantage.
2. Automation Technician
As an Automation Technician, you will spearhead the integration of intelligent control systems, ensuring seamless communication between machinery and operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute comprehensive pre-job surveys and technical evaluations.
* Participate in project planning, system design, and workflow strategizing.
* Oversee full project lifecycles encompassing supervision, PLC programming, rigorous system testing, and final commissioning.
* Draft precise documentation and project execution reports.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience as a Field Technician in industrial or manufacturing plant settings.
* Availability: Ready to start immediately in November 2026 with the flexibility to adapt to schedule-driven overtime.
* Technical Competencies: Solid working knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA architecture, and industrial instrument calibration techniques.
