We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR & GA Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring operational excellence across our human resources and general affairs functions.
## Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and general administration to support our rapidly growing workforce. Primary duties include:
* Human Capital Management: Executing comprehensive recruiting and hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent.
* Performance Oversight: Managing global performance evaluation frameworks and ensuring consistent employee development.
* Strategic HR Administration: Overseeing compensation and benefits structures, PPH21 tax compliance, and the development of robust HR policies and legal procedures.
* Organizational Support: Managing company assets, facilities, and general administration to ensure a seamless work environment.
* Employee Relations: Fostering a positive workplace culture while effectively managing internal communication and conflict resolution.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this leadership position, candidates must demonstrate professional maturity, extensive HR expertise, and a proactive mindset. Our ideal requirements include:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Department Head.
3. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, complemented by strong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making capabilities.
4. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
5. Industry Advantage: Prior experience within a Korean corporate environment or the IT/Tech industry is highly preferred.
6. Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and be available to join the team on short notice.
