## Core Responsibilities of the QC Operator
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining our stringent quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following daily operations:
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all laboratory and QC testing equipment remain in optimal working condition.
* Calibration and Monitoring: Performing precise calibration of spectrophotometers and conducting daily routine checks on all measuring instrumentation.
* Sampling and Inspection: Executing systematic sampling of resin batches and verifying product color consistency against established corporate standards.
* Corrective Actions: Performing necessary color modifications and adjustments when production samples deviate from specifications.
* Technical Testing: Conducting rigorous ASH content analysis on all products to ensure material integrity.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily reports detailing testing results and quality performance metrics.
