Position: Personnel Support
As a Personnel Support specialist, you will be at the heart of human capital operations. This role focuses on executing daily administrative tasks, managing workforce data, and providing comprehensive support for various Human Resources processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee databases.
* Support the end-to-end Human Resources operational workflow.
* Ensure seamless coordination between department needs and personnel management.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, or a closely related field.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications—with a heavy emphasis on advanced Excel—and familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Oracle.
* Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws and the Job Creation Act (UU Ketenagakerjaan and UU Cipta Kerja).
