## Minimum Candidate Qualifications
To maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical major.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in a relevant field. Direct background working within power plants will be given strong priority.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
