## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded and considered a significant advantage.
