We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to join our field operations team as a Helper.
## Understanding the Helper Role at Kilat Power Indonesia
Working in our field operations department means you will be an essential part of keeping our services running smoothly for users across the region. This position is designed for active individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment rather than being confined to a traditional desk job.
Core Responsibilities
* Hardware Deployment: Execute the safe installation and uninstallation of powerbank rental units at various merchant locations.
* Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Perform initial inspections and basic troubleshooting whenever a machine encounters operational issues.
* Logistics & Handling: Assist with the careful transportation, lifting, and relocation of heavy equipment.
* Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of the hardware.
* Communication & Reporting: Promptly report any unresolved machine malfunctions or site issues to the appropriate internal support teams.
* Mobile Operations: Travel flexibly across designated areas to meet the daily deployment and maintenance demands of the company.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our field operations run seamlessly, we maintain specific standards for our candidates. We value attitude, physical readiness, and a willingness to learn over extensive prior experience.
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Physical Fitness: Must be in good physical health, robust, and capable of handling physical labor such as lifting, moving, installing, and dismantling heavy machinery.
* Experience Level: Prior technical experience is completely optional; we will provide the necessary guidance.
* Learning Agility: Eager to learn new skills and strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Work Ethic: Highly responsible, disciplined, and possess a professional attitude toward work and colleagues.
* Teamwork: Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Licensing & Mobility: Must possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle. Holding a valid car driver's license (SIM A) and being proficient in driving a car will be considered a significant advantage.
