Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualification.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in marketing or sales. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
* Essential Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and a proven track record in professional negotiation.
* Regional Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of the Pantura Timur territory, specifically covering Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, and Purwodadi.
* Residency: Must currently reside in Kudus or the immediate surrounding areas.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle for daily operations.
