## The Management Trainee Program (Cadet/Assistant)
The Management Trainee program is a highly intensive, six-month fast-track development initiative. Designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders, the program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and field operations.

* Engineering Stream: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, as well as Agricultural Technology.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid SIM C driver's license.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in various plantation locations, including Sumatra, Kalimantan, or other operational regions.
