## Overview of the Logistic Staff Position

Key Responsibilities

* Schedule Coordination: Assist in drafting, updating, and executing vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and export shipments. Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and shipping agents to track progress.
* Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and meticulously maintain precise shipping paperwork, including Delivery Orders and Shipping Instructions, alongside comprehensive cargo logs and logistics databases.
* Operational Monitoring: Track daily cargo readiness alongside loading and discharging procedures. Generate routine inventory and logistics reports while assisting with freight cost analysis and invoice validation.
Candidate Requirements
