## General Requirements for Applicants
To maintain the high standards of our engineering operations, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Positions requiring a Bachelor’s Degree (S1): Must hold an engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Piping disciplines.
* Technical/Support Positions: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma.
* Experience:
* For Foreman and Specialist roles: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the same position within the EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas sectors.
* For Helper/Support roles: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
* Professional Attributes:
* Must be a disciplined, hard-working, and highly responsible individual.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication on site.
* Flexibility and willingness to be deployed to any project site across Indonesia.
