## Job Vacancy: Junior Operator
The organization seeks a dedicated professional to join its technical team at the state-of-the-art facility in West Java.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the facility's high standards of performance. Your primary duties will include:
* Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient daily operation of the gas turbine combined cycle power (CCP) station systems and equipment.
* Operating plant machinery strictly within prescribed operational guidelines.
* Working under the direct supervision of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this technical role, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional working experience.
* Demonstrate familiarity with CCP operations, fundamental water chemistry, non-complex electrical and mechanical drawings, and standard generation plant terminology.
* Understand standard practices, functions, and industrial processes involved in modern power plant operations.
* Exhibit the capability to read logic diagrams and P&ID drawings accurately.
* Possess strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, paired with exceptional attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
* Show willingness and flexibility to work through a structured rotating shift schedule.
