1. Production Assistant
* Role: Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production logistics to ensure seamless execution.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least one year of experience in a production house or television station.
2. AI Prompter
* Role: Translate drama scripts into visual breakdowns, generating high-quality AI images and videos while maintaining strict consistency in character, art, and camera work.
* Requirements: Proficiency in visual storytelling, AI image/video generation tools, and offline editing software.
3. Road Manager
* Role: Manage artist itineraries, travel arrangements, and event-based coordination while acting as the primary liaison between management and promoters.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales or event organization, paired with strong administrative and problem-solving capabilities.
## Sales and Business Growth Positions
We are expanding our commercial reach and require strategic thinkers who can nurture client relationships and drive revenue across our diverse media platforms.
1. Sales Manager
* Focus: Leading sales teams, implementing growth strategies, and managing commercial contracts.
* Requirements: Minimum 7 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
2. Sales Specialist
* Focus: Identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and managing client proposals.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing; must be highly proficient in English.
3. Account Executive
* Focus: Executing digital and media sales campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in media or influencer agencies; skilled in pitching, negotiation, and campaign performance analysis.
## Technical, Finance, and Digital Operations
Our infrastructure depends on accurate financial oversight and advanced digital capabilities to serve our audience and stakeholders effectively.
1. Data Engineer
* Objective: Build and maintain the data foundation for the MNC Group and RCTI+ platforms to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
* Requirements: Degree in IT or Informatics with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
2. Paid Ads Specialist
* Objective: Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to meet growth targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing or Communication with at least 2 years of experience in paid digital media.
3. Accounting Senior Officer
* Objective: Handle complex financial reporting, consolidation transactions, and general ledger management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting with 2–4 years of experience, preferably with a strong grasp of IFRS/PSAK standards and intercompany reconciliation.
