## Role Overview: Dies Operator
As a Dies Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production lifecycle by ensuring that all tooling equipment operates at peak performance. Your technical expertise will directly influence the precision, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Tool Maintenance and Assembly: Execute routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly of various dies components, encompassing press tools, molds, jigs, fixtures, and spot welding head repairs.
* Precision Inspection: Perform meticulous measurements and quality checks utilizing advanced instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other calibration devices.
* Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read, analyze, and apply technical engineering drawings in strict adherence to production blueprints and specifications.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Production and Quality Control departments to guarantee that all output meets rigorous industry standards.
* Workplace Safety: Maintain an organized, clean, and hazard-free environment within the Dies Department in compliance with safety protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Tooling, or a directly related technical field.

* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability to operate mechanical measuring tools with absolute accuracy.
* Blueprint Literacy: Strong ability to comprehend and interpret complex technical drawings.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience within a Dies Department, with specific expertise in press tools, molds, or jigs.
