Operational Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift.
* Plant Operations: ESP Operators, Back-Furnace Operators, Hoist Crane Operators, and Water Production (WTP/WWTP) Operators.
* Power & Utility: Boiler and Turbine Operators.
Foreman & Supervisory Positions
* Heavy Equipment & Logistics: Heavy Equipment Foreman and Conveyor Foreman.
* Processing Units: Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln Foreman, Dryer Foreman, Desulfurizer Foreman, Mixing Worker Foreman, Grinding Foreman, Raw Coal Drying Foreman, and Sulfur Production Foreman.
Skilled Production & Technical Support
* Processing Crew: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag, Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer Worker, Skimmer & Tapper, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln.
* Maintenance & Technical: Mechanical Technicians, Welders, Electricians, and Instrument Technicians.

## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these positions, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience in the desired field.
3. Certification: Must possess an active and valid SIO (Operator License) or SIM BII Umum (for relevant equipment), along with certificates applicable to the specific role.
4. Health: Physically and mentally fit to work in an industrial environment.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward work and teamwork.
6. Commitment: Willing to be stationed permanently at the IHIP site in Morowali.
