Role Overview
As a Site / Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of WTP projects from inception to completion. This leadership role demands strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Qualifications
To excel in this challenging and rewarding role, candidates should possess the following:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* A proven track record of at least 5 years of experience serving as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
* Demonstrable, hands-on experience specifically within Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential for effective communication in an international project environment.
* Exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven ability to manage and motivate project teams effectively.
* Proficiency in reading and accurately interpreting complex engineering and technical drawings.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake a range of critical responsibilities, including:
* Leading and meticulously managing all phases of project execution, from initial planning to final completion.
