Hasnur Group is hiring for several key positions to support ongoing projects. Below are the details for various roles:
1. Leadership and Project Management Roles
* Project Leader (Infrastructure): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, proven experience in workshop construction, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage comprehensive project budgets.
* Project Leader (Workshop): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, experience in workshop development, and the ability to manage project execution and budgeting. Location: Cikarang.
* Project Leader (Land Clearing & Water Management): Open to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Forestry, Soil Science, or Geology. Must have experience in land clearing, Geodatabase management, and water conservation techniques in palm oil plantations. Location: South Kalimantan.
2. Engineering and Technical Positions
* Sr. Civil Engineer: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects. Expertise in RAP (budget planning), DED (Detailed Engineering Design) development, and project supervision is mandatory. Location: Head Office, South Jakarta.
* Drafter: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in workshop or building construction. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D.
* Surveyor: Requires a Geodesy background with at least 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction. Proficiency in Total Station, Waterpass, and RTK is required; drone mapping skills are a significant advantage.
* Supervisor (Building & Infrastructure): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 3 years of experience in building/steel workshop supervision. Location: Jababeka Industrial Estate.
* Supervisor (Steel): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience in factory or workshop steel construction. Strong knowledge of building materials is essential. Location: Jababeka Industrial Estate.
3. Administrative and Specialized Support
* Site Administration: Open to Bachelor’s degree holders in Accounting or Civil Engineering. Must have prior experience with project petty cash reporting and operational cost analysis.
* K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Science. Must be capable of developing project SOPs and monitoring HSE compliance on-site.
* Other Roles: Engineering Infrastructure, Supervisor, Planner/Admin Tools, and Checker.
