1. SPV Store Project & Development
* Placement Location: Semarang
* Role Overview: Oversee retail store development, renovation projects, and interior design execution to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across our physical footprints.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Management, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in store development, retail projects, renovations, or interior project management.
* Solid understanding of renovation processes, material specifications, contractor coordination, and on-site implementation.
* Strong grasp of spatial layouts, interior design, visual merchandising, product displays, and store aesthetics.
* Exceptional project management, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to meet strict targets, manage budgets, adhere to timelines, and evaluate project outcomes effectively.
* Prior experience in team training or coaching is considered a strong advantage.
* Willingness to travel for business trips as required by company projects.
2. Area Sales Manager

Key Qualifications:
* Male, maximum 45 years of age.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree or equivalent.
* At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, preferably within the automotive, electric vehicle, or related retail sectors.
* Comprehensive knowledge of territory management, canvassing techniques, dealer network expansion, and retail sales strategies.
* Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Highly mobile, target-driven, and ready for frequent inter-city business travel.
* Basic understanding of after-sales operations, such as light servicing and warranty claims, serves as an added value.
3. Video Editor
* Placement Location: Semarang
* Role Overview: Craft compelling visual stories by editing digital media content, producing motion graphics, and maintaining high-quality brand standards across multiple platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
* Execute professional video editing tasks including cutting, pacing, subtitling, and basic audio enhancement aligned with brand guidelines.
* Design engaging motion graphics such as typography, lower thirds, feature callouts, and clean transitions.
* Maintain strict output quality across various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, and 16:9), runtimes, and visual standards.
* Manage the complete production workflow from initial briefs, first cuts, and revisions, to final file versioning.
* Perform rigorous quality control checks on text, subtitles, sound design, and visual elements prior to publication.
* Assist on-site field productions by operating cameras to capture supplementary footage for Content Creators.
Key Qualifications:
* Male or female, aged 20 to 35 years old.
* Minimum D3 or S1 degree in any discipline.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor for digital media or social channels.
* Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent applications.
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing complex editing workflows and revision cycles.
* Possesses a strong visual aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Content Creator Specialist (End-to-End)
* Placement Location: Semarang
* Role Overview: Take charge of our digital storytelling by managing the entire content lifecycle, acting as an on-camera talent, and capturing modern trends to boost audience engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end content creation, covering conceptualization, production, editing, and publishing.
* Act as on-camera talent for promotional campaigns, educational segments, and company social media channels.
* Produce creative, trend-aligned photo and video assets that reflect the distinct identity of the GODA brand.
* Capture footage and edit multimedia materials using appropriate software tools.
* Develop comprehensive content calendars and ensure timely publication schedules.
* Monitor social media algorithms and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve engagement rates.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Content Creator is a distinct advantage.
* Confident in front of the camera with a willingness to serve as on-screen talent.
* Proficient in modern editing platforms such as CapCut, Canva, or similar creative applications.
* Deep familiarity with current TikTok and Instagram trends.
* Creative, highly communicative, equipped with strong storytelling skills, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
