* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience (for Section Head roles) or 2 years (for Group Leader roles).
* Possession of POP certification is mandatory; JUT certification is required for specific roles.
* Proven expertise in system development and data analysis.
2. Plant Department
* Positions: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Infrastructure Track Group Leader.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
* Required certifications: POP, and additionally, TOT/Assessor for specific roles.
