## Eligibility and General Requirements
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of excellence and innovation, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in the following disciplines:
* Engineering: Required for Operation Analyst and Engineering tracks.
* Accounting: Required for the Accounting track.
* Management & Economics: Required for HR and Accounting tracks.
* Psychology: Required for the Human Resources track.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is mandatory.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Core Competencies:
* Demonstrated high motivation and a keen passion for the energy business sector.
* Strong proficiency in English and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, high integrity, and proven leadership potential.
* Exceptional organizational skills, evidenced by a robust track record of extracurricular or professional involvement.
* Flexibility: All candidates must demonstrate a genuine willingness to be deployed to any of Enerma’s operational locations as required by business needs.
