Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree is required, specifically in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience: While we welcome fresh graduates, candidates with at least one year of experience in Parts Sales or as a mechanic are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: A foundational understanding of Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) principles and troubleshooting capabilities is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
